What is your gold buying process?
As a certified Gold Broker, we offer fair market prices for your gold items. We can either purchase your gold outright or use it as credit towards a new piece of jewelry.
Is it better to cash out my gold or receive a store credit?
This depends on your personal preference. Trading in can often provide better value if you're interested in acquiring new jewelry. We're happy to discuss both options with you.

While we do not offer financing options we offer layaway service options to help make your jewelry purchase more manageable. Please inquire in-store for current offers.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day exchange program for most items, provided they are in original condition. Custom pieces or special ordered are non-refundable but we always work to ensure your happiness.

Appointments are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 10:30am - 5pm MST.
